What should I expect on my first massage visit?
We ask that you come a few minutes early to fill out a brief application for care. You will then follow your therapist to a treatment room where you can discuss the type of massage therapy treatment you will be receiving. Your therapist will leave the room to allow your to undress to your comfort level and cover yourself using a top sheet. Your therapist will knock prior to re-entering the room. The treatment rooms provide a soothing atmosphere with dimmed lights and relaxing music.
Should I talk to my therapist during my massage?
It is important to communicate with your therapist regarding your tolerance, room and table temperature, or any questions about massage that you may have regarding the service you are receiving. We encourage our clients to relax, so it is not necessary for you to talk throughout your entire treatment.
How should I prepare for my Healing Reiki Session?
Feel free to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing if you choose to stay dressed. Otherwise, undress like you would for a massage and cover yourself with the top sheet. You will most likely start your session in the "face-down" position turning face up approximately half way through your session. Expect to have stones/crystals placed in your hands and other areas of your body on top of the sheet. Most people feel very relaxed during the healing session. Feel free to ask questions before or after the session, however, it's best not to talk during the healing as Tracey will spend time speaking with you post session and answer any questions you may have.
Should I tip after my treatment?
Gratuities are not included in the price of any of our services. It is your choice as to whether or not you wish to leave a tip.

What should I expect during a salt sitting?
If you get cold easily, it is suggested that you wear light layers or maybe bring a jacket or socks, or even a blanket. Some people don't mind the cold and prefer to have as much skin exposed as possible to receive salt benefits that way. You can receive benefits from wearing a tank top or shorts. Be aware that this is a public room with possibly a mixed crowd.
For the most effective results, the air temperature in the salt rooms is a little cooler than our other rooms, around 70 degrees.
Do you sell gift cards? Can I upgrade my gift card?
Yes, we sell re-loadable gift cards for any dollar amount as well as for seasonal and annual package deals. Yes, but any upgrades for additional time on services purchased at a discounted price must be for the original price of the service.
When should I reschedule another appointment?
Your therapist will be glad to give you a suggested time frame for rescheduling depending on the results you are trying to achieve.

Helpful Scheduling Tips
So we can best serve you, we ask several questions when you call to make an appointment, sometimes asking particular questions for perceived new clients:
1) Have been in with us before?
2) Do you know where we are located?
3) Do you prefer a male or female therapist?
4) Swedish, deep tissue, or therapeutic massage?
5) Day, time of day, time increment of service?
6) Standard room or upgraded salt room?
Popular appointment times are first and last appointments of the day, and Thursday - Saturday.
Deep tissue and couples massages are the most often requested services. Multiple services the same day, and multiple people scheduling massages - such as 3-4 people at a time - are also popular requests. During season, please book couples and multiple services well in advance, we recommend 2-3 weeks. Off-season, 1-2 weeks should be sufficient.
We'd be happy to take your name and phone number so we can put you on a cancellation list if you request a specific time, day, and/or therapist and we don't have availability.
If you get our voicemail during normal business hours, we are on the other line assisting clients.
Please leave a message and we will return your call.
If you get our voicemail after hours, leave a message and it will be returned the next business day after 10:00am, in the order in which it was received. Speak clearly and slowly when leaving your name and phone number.
